Appreciated its very knowledgeable staff.
Superb service, although a few employees were not very friendly. Well-maintained room and the bed was comfy. The breakfast with a verity of food.

Fantastic service, lovely breakfast with fruits and very large offering and meats. Unbeatable location next to church as well as shops, restaurants and tour buses, cozy ambience.
Beds were too soft.

Outstanding dishes.
Attentiveness of the staff. Delicious and vegan breakfast, incredible location in most shops daily. And near to the main bar / restaurant, the cool bars, restaurants, shops, and river in Cork and communal areas in need of a clean / paint. ...

Location
Hotel room was supposed to be suite. It certainly was not. Our room phone was not working and ruined our first day. Our night was ruined as room did not have temp thermostat and we ended up roasted alive. There was a fan which was useless! I've traveled all over the world and this experience in Cork Imperial was the worst!

The chandeliers and festive decorations created a warm, inviting atmosphere. The accessibility was commendable, and I appreciated the kind staff who were always willing to lend a helping hand.
More seating in common areas would be appreciated.

The location is perfect for exploring the city, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. However, my room was a bit cramped and showed some signs of wear, which was disappointing for the price point. Despite these issues, I enjoyed the delicious food in the bar and appreciated the charming atmosphere.
